Verizon - Horrible Customer Service
I was given an appointment for a technician to come to my home and install landline service but the technician never arrived. I was given a timeframe of 8 am till 5 pm and I called 4 times to confirm. When I noticed that it was 5 pm and the technician didn't arrive, I decided to call to make a complaint. The representative, Jennifer, was unprofessional and rude. Instead of having me speak to supervisor as I requested, she hung up on me. To add insult to injury, this representative postponed my appointment for two more weeks without my consent and without informing me.
