the details are not any of our concern. you do feel harassed, and that is not okay. the only person who needs to know the details are the lawyer if you seek one, and your loved ones.

make sure that if they continue this treatment of you, tell the store director you will seek legal council if it continues. sounds like what they are doing is or should be, against store policy.

I disagree with madconsumer, details are key, the more detail provided the more accurate and pertinent the advice you receive will be. I'm not saying that your complaint is frivolous or anything, but much of time complaints or perceived slights can be explained, if all the relevant information is provided.

Not going back to the store will only give the empolyees what the want, they win and are left to harass other customers. If you are being harassed, it's best to bring it to the attention of the person who is in charge of the store.

Peoples level of sensitivity differ, that is why details are important. Not saying this is the OP, but there are paranoid people who think their mind is being read by aliens. The issue is not the "subjective" feelings of the OP, but the "objective" facts which are important. Feelings are not facts.

Until there are details of actual harassment, it may simply be the OP interprets actions as harassment, which another might simply see as a clerk or security guard doing their job.
