Burger King - They don't even TRY to read the order...

HENRICO, VIRGINIA -- I went to Burger King last night around 7 pm. They were not very busy even during dinner hours and now I know why. I ordered 2 combos - one with a Sprite and one with a Dr. Pepper. I ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich (by itself, no fries, no drink) and I ordered 2 grilled chicken wraps plain (no lettuce, no cheese, no sauce). The board reflected everything perfectly. When she handed out the order, both drinks were Sprite but we didn't mind too much. I live 25 miles away and when we got home I noticed my chicken parm was missing and the chicken wraps (which I buy plain for my dog) had mayo, lettuce, and cheese on them which I had to scrape off. I won't be returning to that location. They were also quite slow.

It's always a good idea to check your order before you leave. Burger King employees are human, they make mistakes.

Ditto what Alain said. It's not just BK that does this, over and over. It's what keeps me from eating at most ff joints.
