NASHUA, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- My son took his car in for a simple battery replacement. The techs ruined his new fiberglass hood with their negligence - first they refused to admit there was any damage, then they switched tactics and blamed it on the hood installation. Customer service was rude, ineffectual and completely denied any liability (they never even apologized for causing hundreds of dollars in damage and requiring my son to purchase a brand new hood.) They even had the chutzpah to charge full price for the battery replacement!! This company is the most horrendous of any I have ever dealt with. Take your car and appliances (and the rest of your business) any place but here. You will be doing yourself a HUGE favor.
