ATG Stores and Bill Me Later
Incorrect invoiced amount and over-charge - Complaint
I ordered several items from ATG Stores in July and was encouraged to use Bill Me Later, which I did. Before items were delivered, I cancelled several of the items resulting in my invoice being $1900 and change versus $3000 and change. ATG submitted billing to Bill Me Later in excess of $3000 rather than the correct amount. I have called both companies repeatedly, submitted complaints in writing to both companies, and I cannot get either company to correct this over-charge error. ATG Stores says it is not their problem, but Bill Me Later. Bill Me Later says it is not their problem, but ATG Stores' problem. Nevertheless, I am being overcharged. I won't use either of them again and I am about to turn this matter over to an attorney for fair debt collection practices violations.
