Princess cruises cannot be trusted

LOS ANGELOS, CALIFORNIA -- Before we made arrangements and paid for our trip Princess employee assurd us that we would be upgraded to cabin with balcony or mini suite. We paid for tickets and arranged air transportation. We had been advicede to call Princess to check for the upgrade. As we done we been told there is lots of time ahead and it will be done. Finnaly we asked for customer relation so our concern to be solved. We had been connected to Donna who very rude responded it not going to happen. On November 8/2012 we phoned again and talked to MaryLynn from customer relation and had been advised that employee from Princess made a mistake and only way we can be upgraded to balcony or mini suite is to pay additional charges. The only reason we booked cruise because it is our 25 annivesary and my wife birthday. Our friends, another couple had been promised the same deal. But Princess Failed us, the priomise or mistake it is not our problem. Would you trust Princess cruises?
