Priceline - Horrible Customer Service
Hotel Reservation - Complaint
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- Priceline.com's customer service is horrible. I booked our hotel in Vegas but unfortunately my husband got sick the day before our trip. I tried to change the date of the reservation but the customer service flatly told me that they can' t do anything for us. They need a MD' note, name & phn # before they can refund the charges. I asked them can my daughter use our reservation instead and again they said No because the reservation was under my name.....how stupid is that.....I called the hotel if they can help me and unfortunately they can't touch the reservation......in short I'm screwed. Priceline charged my credit card but no service was rendered. What kind of customer service is that?
Let this be a lesson to others out there who wants to book online. .........Priceline will not help you....they're only after your credit card to charge.....don't be a fool like me......Next time call the hotel directly for reservation.........
