APPLETON, WISCONSIN -- While the Good Feet store products did not help me personally the sales person was understanding and they did resolve the issue equitably. In deciding to try out something like this product it is only fair to realize that some items are inappropriate for return once worn - eg., shoes. It is my opinion based on my experience that they are actually sincerely trying to help people with foot problems and as such are not a ripoff. But problems with feet, legs and back are not things that are easy to help. If I have any complaint with the company it would be their national advertising which seems to imply that their product is some sort of a panacea able to resolve all sorts of pain. Their prices are steep indeed but at least at my local store I judge them to be fair in their dealings and sincere in their effort to help people.

What actually happened in your case? Did they take something used back? The web is littered with complaints of people who each lost hundreds of $$$ on Good Feet products that didn't work.

The problem with Good Feet, IMO, is as you state. The product is advertised as a "fits all" solution, when this kind of healthcare product has to be tailored to the individual. That is what a doctor does. At the cost and risk involved, I would never consider going to their store for anything other than directions how to get somewhere - I don't own a GPS.
