The Body Shop won't issue me a refund for a returned order
WAKE FOREST, NORTH CAROLINA -- In Sept 21, 2012, I ordered some products from The Body Shop. They shipped the wrong products. I had to return these products at my cost and was told where to ship the items back to and that once they were received, my credit card would be credited for the shipping charges.
I have made countless phone calls to the company about the refund that is due me, they have twice sent me e-mails confirming the refund is being processed and to date, a credit has NOT been issued.
Although I live in British Columbia, Canada, the order had to be returned to North Carolina.
