Open Road Leather and Accessories Complaint - Customer Service - ZERO

KATY, TX, TEXAS -- Don't order anything from Open Road Leather & Accessories out of Katy, Texas. I did - it didn't fit and I'm still waiting for a credit (since October 2005). I've gone to my credit card issuer for a credit; unfortunately, they are Bank of America and just as bad.

So all you bikers out there - steer clear of Open Road Leather and Accessories. There website is: http://www.openroadleatherandaccessories.com/.

While the service started out good, I never got my money back. He sounds nice and friendly old man, but watch out!

At times a refund can be very difficult to obtain in a very timely manner, in the case of Open Road Leather & Accessories, a refund of a product order and returned can take up to 30 days or more depending on how soon the supplier refunds the returned item to the merchant. In this case there were three different jackets ordered and returned for correct size from two different suppliers. In all three cases the jackets were not large enough to fit this lady, so she returned them and asked for a refund. The refund had shown up after the merchant services had settled her credit card claim. I feel it was premature of her to be calling me a thief and a crook.
