RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA -- In three short years in Raleigh with TWC as only option, I've seen removal of 5 channels, increase of 10% in costs, and now tonight a letter saying they're taking 6 (!) more channels away and costs are more if you don't have the required conversion box. Don't get me started on how they cut off my service alleging I was a home business (I am not; I was working at home for a day, I work in an office), then gave me a bad new IP, I was offline for 4 days, they bumped up my costs because they said I'd broken the contract! How useless and almost anti-customer they are is barely outweighed by main question is How in the world are they allowed to get away with this???
