Enterprice Rent A Car - Avoid enterprice...very Poor Customer Service

LAWRENCEVILLE, NEW JERSEY -- Made a reservation with enterprice to rent a cargo van about 3 weeks before the time. I wnet over the week before to confirm my reservation that I will pick the car after work on Friday. Friday comes I get ready to go to enteerprice, called enterprice to inform them I was on my way just to be told they tried reaching me in the afternoon and because I wasn't there they rented the van out. This was Friday when all my items were ready to be carted early the next day to my destination. It was around 530pm. They had just given out the van because they assumed I wouldn't need it...really?? You had my cell phone couldn't you have at least called it to confirm. To top it they were rude!!

Never ever in my life will I use enterprice. I called and left a message for the manager in charge of the Lawrenceville office. I don't know if he will even call me back as it's been a whole week...avoid them like a plague.
