Wendy's - Disappointed
Order Service,mozzzrella Cheese Chicken Sandwich, Chilli Cheese Fries - Complaint

CHILLICOTHE, OHIO -- I have always felt Wendy's is an upgrade dinner to McDonalds or BK when not wanting to go to an expensive restaurant for dinner.
waited at the cash register 4-5 minutes waiting to order while manager and employees stood and talked. The place was not busy at all.
ordered the mozzarella chicken and cheese sandwich, the advertising picture made it look crispy, cheesy and sounded good.
We sat down to eat our food and found the chicken was not like the picture, no breading, 1 small 50 cent size piece of lettuce. Was hard to bite into the chicken and was not good at all.
We usually love the chili cheese fries but this night they were covered with a very watered down soup with no flavor, cheese was not melted and it was cold. We took a few bites and left. We spent over $16.00. Last time we will eat there

I haven't. Wendy's had a bit different fare, but it is fast food just like the others. The reason I stopped going to Wendy's is because the customer service was uniformly fail at the different locations I visited.
