utter misuse of customer good will - Complaint
I have ordered over $1200 a year from this company for years --- and they insist on "rewarding" me by offering their fabulous extra 10% off --- only AFTER I've just ordered Today is at least the 4th time they've pulled this. I called them on this 3 years ago, and now they have actually made it worse: AFTER I ordered a huge order (well over $200), THEY EMAIL ME TO SAY THAT "TODAY ONLY" THEY'LL GIVE ME AN "EXTRA" 10% OFF -- IF I ORDER EVEN MORE!!! Yes, TODAY ONLY. Yes, I'm yelling. When I called them about it, I just got absurd & repetitive justifications & excuses. I told them that IMO this is not "promotion," it is nothing but a misuse of good will and a seriously insulting mistreatment of the customer. If they want to say "thank you" then they should just effing SAY it, with a GENUINE 10% COUPON that is not dependent on manipulative & self-serving "today only" crap. What really fried my bacon was, the utter avoidance & discount they gave me about my complaint - like I had no reason to feel offended. That, by the way, continued THREE LEVELS UP. I am DONE with this company. LUCKY VITAMIN gets a shot at me.
