AARP - Miserable - Customer Service
Medicare Supplemental - Complaint
CONNECTICUT -- My mother has been on the phone waiting for customer service. She has been on the phone on hold for 1 hour, then disconnected!!!! Called back has has been waiting for another 40 minutes and continues to wait. This is ridiculous. All she wanted to do is switch her insurance coverage; at this point if she ever gets a hold of customer service I told her to DROP AARP. We will find a replacement that is more customer friendly!!!!! This occurred during the enrollment period in 2012.
