JC Penney Salon - Salon Needs Phone Etiquette
ABILENE, TEXAS -- I regularly get my haircut at the JC Penney hair salon in Abilene, Tx. Last few appointments I have been put on hold for extended periods of time. I held while three songs played on the hold music, hung up and called back ten minutes later only to be put on hold again. They come across as very hurried which sounds like it is a bother to schedule an appointment for you. Maybe they are too short handed. It is poor customer service in my opinion. I am usually pleased with my haircut, but am very turned off by the shortness of the person on the other end of the phone. Please explain to your Salon staff, JC Penney, the importance of being courteous. If this had been my first experience with scheduling an appointment, I would have become very frustrated and looked elsewhere. Thank you for allowing me to voice my experience.
