Sears - Refrigerator and customer service nightmare
Kemore Elite - Complaint
SCHERERVILLE, INDIANA -- These people suck at customer service. Trained monkeys could do a better job. This is the 2nd visit on the piece of ___ Kenmore Elite 32 cuft fridge. First they told us the parts are on back order and it would be 6 weeks before I can have a working fridge. Then the parts show up by UPS 3 days later. Then the guy is scheduled to return and puts the board and plastic shroud but they forgot the fan motor, so he reused the old one. He leaves and 4 hours later everything is defrosting in the fridge. Call Sears and they say they have to wait for the ticket to be closed. Now 600 in parts later still no fridge and they give a rats ____ about it. Corporate says go back to the store you bought it from and ask them to fix the issue. Do they suck or what!!!!!
