Best Buy Online - Best Buy Charged Me TWICE!
I placed an order of Black Friday merchandise in hopes of avoiding the craziness of going to the store.
I went to Target to finish up some shopping and my card was declined, which I thought was odd, I should have plenty of money in my account.
Well, lucikly I have a smart phone and checked my account online only to see Best Buy charged me TWICE! I was so angry! I had to put some items back in order to be able to pay with I had in my checking.
Got home and called Best Buy only to be told, they had to authorize my account twice, being as there was an adjustment to my total, which was 2 cents that was dropped from my original total!
Are you kidding me?
I asked when I can expect that authorization to be dropped and they said 5-7 business days. Which really is putting me in a bind! I used my Paypal card and I need to ship out orders this coming Monday and also was planning on buying my supplies at Joann's on Black Friday (only time I can get it all at 75% off!)
I am stuck and royally PISSED off! This was not a small amount by any means. One that I could pay for once, but not twice!!!!
