I was interested in the promotion on Black Friday--Galaxy 111 phone. Very disappointed: waited 45 mins. in line at the new location in Edinburg, Tx, the store located on Trenton Rd. I was told they had counted the number of phones the had left and that there were no more phones once they got to me. I was told I could get the same offer using *2 on my phone or go online. I got home followed suggestion to no avail. I was on my cell phone over 45 mins. and line hung up automatically. Tried using on-line and your system was not working. Got on the phone again, but this time I used my house phone and my cell phone still to no avail. After 2 1/2 hours of trying to get a representative I was able to get one on phone. I was told I was not eligible because my contract ended til 2014. I did not want to change my plan rather replace the phone I currently have, because I am not satisfied with it. I have a ZTE phone and it does not take good pictures. All I want is to change the phone. At this point I am very disappointed in your services. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years now and never complalined. At this point I am considering switching to AT&T or any other service provider that will meet my needs. You promoation is on for Black Friday and time will expire. I hope you will reconsider my request if not I will decide if I want to continue with spring or just take my business elsewhere. By the way the representative that handled my call was very professional but unalbe to meet my needs--all I need is just a new phone. Hope to hear from you soon.
