very poor service - Complaint

GRANDVIEW, MISSOURI -- Me and a party of two visited the Applebees on hiway 71 and grandview the service was horrible the waiter was rude the food was cold I had to send my drink back twice. Because. It was not prepared properly really was unsatisfied normally I would not complain but I spend a lot of money with you guys and it disentangle make any since to get treated rude very unhappy customer

I ate at Applebees regularly. Suddenly I realized that 30-40% of my visits were not enjoyable. Food was poorly prepared. Service was poor.
I stopped going there 4 years ago, and don't miss it at all.

Applebees is really a hit or miss. The quality has gone down but the prices up.
