Country Insurance - Insurance Rep Went Above and Beyond
CHANDLER, ARIZONA -- I purchased a new car last month. I called Country insurance to update my policy with the new car. The woman I spoke with assured me that the new car would only make my monthly payments go up by a few dollars. When I made the payment for November, it was for what we had agreed upon.
I went online on Friday to check the due date for December, and noticed that the payment was $45 higher than what it should have been. I called Country and spoke with a customer service representative. He couldn't figure out why the payments increased. Since Friday was a company holiday, there wasn't a financial representative available to speak with. He told me someone would call me on Monday. I asked him to make sure someone calls me to fix this mistake or I would be taking my business elsewhere.
Today(Sunday), my personal financial representative showed up at my house. I was amazed that he not only came to my house in person, but he did it on a Sunday. He sat down with me and we went over my policy and we were able to lower my payments. Now I will be paying about $40 less than what my payments were previously.
I can't believe my personal representative took time out of his weekend to make sure I was happy and to keep me as a customer. I truly feel like Country Insurance cares about their customers.
