La-z-boy - Recliners did not hold up

ARIZONA -- Bought Trevor model Lazy boy recliners May 2011. By 4 months time the cushions had compacted & material had stretched so that when you sit it is wrinkled. Service Department was defensive & very rude. INlcuding the manager. Called the sales department in Chandler Az, where they were happy to sell me the furniture, but alas, he was also defensive & told me to "load my chairs" myself into my car taking the backs off. Then he would pay for 1/2 hour labor on each chair, then I pay the rest. Very rude to me & defensive. In contrast, The Room Store made a service call to my daughter's home after 6 years went by to restuff & stretch her furniture. Needless to say this is the last Lazy boy product I will buy. When did this company denigrate down to cheap??
