N/A, NEVADA -- This company must be paying their customer reps way below minimum wage because the level of the staff is very poor. Almost impossible to speak to a person and always get voice mails. The staff sound very low class and uneducated. If you can go with another company I would do so.

I had a claim and they tried to deny it but they finally accepted my claim.
