K-Mart - Wrong Price,wrong Item, Wrong Info

ORDERED ONLINE, OHIO -- Ordered on Nov 11 two angels online but when put in shopping cart got wrong price, talk to someone who gave credit after purchasing so able to credit my acct. Then received one angel and a Christmas tree which had invoice on it of an angel. Called were to send a label to return tree and were to send angel. I have called 4 times and no one seems to know if this is done. Also was to be no shipping with 49.00 Order which it was, was charged 20.59. My confirmation no. Is 424419951 from k-mart online.

If I do not get response to this situation I will contact the BBB. Please help solve this problem, I want my other angel tree taken back and shipping returned. Contact me marcy mcfeely at rmcfeely@att. Net or call at 330-507-5351

I sure wouldn't recommend posting a phone number on a third-party website. You're bound to get all sorts of crank calls in the middle of the night.

The shipping total is displayed under the merchandise subtotal on their website.
