ILLINOIS -- I've called many times about movies offered to the paying customers. I get the run around because they don't know what's going on. My questions have been who provides movies channel line up to RCN that feeds it to their customers? No clue. Also, is there a department in rcn that views movies, channel line up, shows airing to the customer? No. I'm like why? I pay for premium movie ch. Monthly and the selection is the same. They offer movies on one channel then a few months later air it on another. It's like they only have access to a limited small amount. Also, on reg. Cable channels like spike, oxygen, lfm. Life, we, lrw, bet, usa, and fx to name some they
air the same movie every two hours from around 5pm-2am. It's also on again
a few more times that week. I'm paying for repeats and I can't get anyone from rcn to help. Me the customer is paying their salary yet they don't care.

It sounds like you want Movies on Demand, rather than the schedule that your cable provider has.
What you have described sounds like what I have - movies are repeated at different times of day, and of the month so all viewers and schedules get a chance to watch. It gets boring.
