Sprint - The Worst Mobile Company & Arrogant Staff

PERTH AMBOY, NEW JERSEY -- I was a new account to Sprint. Purchased my phone, get home and make a call poor connection, then the call drops. This happened over the three weeks I had the phone. Repeated trips to the Sprint store and I'm told I need a router that will assure I don't miss calls. The sales guy asked me my zip code, he checked the map, tells me I have excellent coverage, but the coverage is bad if I live near the water, set it up and it's worse. I take it back and ask to return the phone and close the account because of the poor service, I'm told no, I will have to pay for breaking the contract. Despite their records showing the number of times I phoned for help, as well as going to their store. Sprint tells me there is no problem with their coverage and sends me a bill for $457.56. What am I to do? I just received a letter from their collection agency. No one believed me, they said I'm lying. If the coverage was good I wouldn't be in this mess!
