Sears - Refrigerator repair and lengthy holding periods

SAN LEANDRO -- Waiting week and half for service. Ordered compressor, told had to wait another week and half to have it installed or go and out rent a refrigerator.

It is frustrating when you rely on an appliance. Unfortunately, obtaining the parts and service take time.

Did you try contacting any other service centers?

I am sorry to hear that we have let you down with the repair on your refrigerator. I understand how frustrating it can be schedule an appointment and having to wait over a week for the service. Even more, I find it disappointing to order a compressor and wait to another to have it installed.
