Lingo - Stay away. The worst ever. Don't try it. They are terrible.

MCLEAN, VIRGINIA -- I signed up for Lingo service approximately 4 years ago. Since then the rates have nearly doubled and I decided to go to another company. Despite their FinePrint saying I did not have to return the box, I did so. For my good intentions I get a bill not only for the shipping label which I am not supposed to be billed for. But also the 75 dollar fee that is not supposed to accrue as I've been a customer for more than one year. I tried for half an hour to speak to a human. There was not one person available to talk to at the corporate offices at 4 o'clock on a Thursday afternoon. My guess is there all getting drunk as the company's going to close very soon. It can't happen soon enough. Go to Vonage, go anywhere else. Do not, I repeat do not sign up for their service.
