ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI -- I bought two leather sets at VCF... they sold me warranty "for any damages". After a few months, the leather starts to peel off. I called the customer service, they direct me to the warranty company. It took me a month to get someone to take a look and make pictures. After another month, I got an email "this kind of damage" is not covered under warranty. I Called again to tell the VCF manager about the bad quality of leather, but he doesn't care... I will never buy anything from VCF again!

Fairly typical of VCF. You might find some help on the site below to help restore the finish on your furniture:

I hope you don't mind me asking, but what do you mean about the leather "peeling off"? Real leather, of any condition, is a hide. Are you sure the furniture isn't a faux leather or leatherette?
