DO NOT EVER USE T-MOBILE!
T-Mobile Prepaid Non-Contract "Plan"
JOPLIN, MISSOURI -- 5 months ago, I purchased a T-Mobile Alcatel Sparq no-contract phone and phone card. Since then, I've had nothing but trouble. Everything from charging issues to constant dropped calls. This latest "adventure" has me LIVID. I put a prepaid card on my account two weeks ahead of time. Now, in that two weeks time, my phone kept switching to "Emergency calls only". I contacted support for several days, only to get the same response every time. "I'm sorry. It seems it's a networking issue. There's not much we can really do at this time." Do you know what that says to me, the customer? "We really don't know what we're doing. We're just sitting here answering the phones and picking our teeth. But, thanks for calling!"
I decided to get a refund on my prepaid purchase so that I wouldn't be paying for service I wasn't receiving. Do you know what their response was? "We cannot help you with this, since it was a prepaid card." Let me simplify this. T-Mobile sells the store a prepaid card, the store sells the card to the customer. They can easily pay me back the money I spent, they just don't WANT to pay me back the money. So, I kept the card and the phone. Since then, I'm lucky if I can make a phone call or receive a text on any given day.
T-Mobile, I would just like to tell you that as of Novemeber 17th, 2012 (the day my next payment is due), I will no longer be a T-Mobile customer. I will GLADLY be a Straight Talk customer. My entire family is with Straight Talk, and they have NEVER had an issue with that company. I will happily hand my money over to them from now on, and you will never see another dime from anyone I know. Thank you so much for being just another worthless, heartless, and senseless corporation.
