HUNTINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA -- I want to just let you know that your branch manager Josh Johnson and his
employees need to be praised on how the treat customers. I called Enterprise first to rent a car and they treated me like I was nobody. I needed to drop my car back off after they had closed and all he could say was that was a problem and didn't try to work with me at all. My store mgr had rented a car from Hertz and put me in touch with these associates and they treated me like I was somebody and they told me that they had a drop box so I could drop my car off after hours and where to park the car. I will recommend them to any to wants to rent a car and I will always rent my cars Hertz.
