Burger King - Employee Smoking In Kitchen

CUMBERLAND, WISCONSIN -- This morning Nov. 30, 2012 around 720 am I was in & ordered my meal. I was greeted by a very nice courteous young lady..I had noticed I could smell smoke..I looked back in the kitchen & a tall skinny dark haired lady had a lit cigarette.. She put it down & walked across the kitchen came back to a table and made my sandwich...
I know Wisconsin is a smoke free state in all public buildings & work places..I am not happy to see this where food is prepared..this is not the first time I had seen this at this establishment by this lady...If it is not handled & taken care of I will report it to the state health inspectors.

You should go back take video of it, call the franchise owner AND the health dept. I would never let something like that slide for even 5 minutes

You SHOULD report it! If they have a 'no smoking' sign displayed, there will be a phone number on it to call and report the violation.

I say report it! Why wait and see? You already saw her doing this on many occasions, REPORT IT!

Smoking is a nasty habit. Record a video. Your excellent report is short and to the point.

I wouldn't be surprised if the lady smoking was the manager. I would go over there heads and take it to higher authority. Also a call to the health department wouldn't hurt. I agree with Tezrien, you should get video of it as proof.

Wisconsin's no-smoking law is exceptionally clear! Call the county's health department. Send video to your nearest TV news channels.
