Sears - Craftman Chainsaw Warranty

LEXINGTON, MISSISSIPPI -- I purchased my Craftsman chainsaw model#358351820, Serial#090980401789 product from Sears at that time I also purchased the extended warranty. This chainsaw in reference has been in the shop (5) five times for repairs and each time Sear repair department services has been unacceptable. My chainsaw is sitting in Sears repair shop again Service repair slip#6698394 Drop of location:3703, the repair technician refuses to repair or replace chainsaw under my warranty. I have been a faith consumer to sear for over 30 plus years, I have tried to contact someone in my local Sears department store reference recalls on this particular model#358351820 but the situation seems to worsen. Whats has happen to the Sears that once stood by their products? I only wish to have my chainsaw repaired or replaced under its warranty. Can someone help me with this problem?

Is the product now outside of the warranty time frame? Or is it being claimed that the damage doesn't qualify for warranty?

Doesn't Craftsman have a lifetime warranty? Or is that only for tools. But wouldn't a chainsaw count as a tool? I don't see why they wouldn't just replace it for you. My husband has had several tools replaced, no questions asked.
