Sears.com gives incorrect information about their products
billiard table assembly - Complaint

I specifically asked if the billiard table would be assembled when it was delivered and the Sears representative assured me it would be. It was delivered to my house and then said they did not assemble it, someone else does...call Sears. I called Sears and was transferred to 7 different people in all different departments and ultimately told they would not assemble it and did not know why I was told that Sears would assemble it even after I purchased the 2 year extended warranty as well. So now I have an 8 foot billiard table in the box in my basement and no one can tell me who can assemble it.
