Sears - Getting Run Around
Repair of Gold Chain - Complaint

PEORIA, ILLINOIS -- I have taken my gold chain to Sears about six or seven times. Yes I have broken it many times. This last time I took it there they said two weeks, which is normal. I have gotten it back within that time. Now this last time it has been almost two months. I have called them they give me bull stories of where my chain is. I have paid for my chain to be repaired every time. I just want my gold chain back and repaired like they said they were going to do. My name is Mark Bohm. I hope you can resolve this problem. I don't know what else to do.
