Kayak Garage Hoist - Complaint

NORTHPORT, NEW YORK -- Ordered a Kayak Garage Hoist on 11/19/12
Credit Card Billed on 11/20/12
Shipping Confirmation received from Overstock.com on 11/22/12
Checked tracking from Fed-Ex Ground several times online.
CALLED Fed-Ex on 12/1/12 to be told the shipment was never picked up
Call to Overstock.com on 12/1/12, item wasn't in stock AT THE TIME OF ORDER.
Waiting on CC refund... will dispute if not forthcoming.
Should have read reviews prior to ordering from this Co.
