Cochran - Customer service/ Auto Butler
MONROEVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA -- I am writing in regards to a service problem. I went in person to the dealership to set up an appointment for the Auto Butler to be reapplied. The appointment was set up for Monday Nov. 26th. I also made it a point that I would need my vehicle back by 1:30 pm. that day. I dropped my truck the day before on Nov. 25th so they would have access to it the first thing in the morning. When I went to pick up my truck at 1:30 pm. they hadn't even started the process yet.
I work evening shift and needed my truck to get to work. So now I will have to be inconveinced and make another appointment. I am hoping that this appointment will go smoother. Someone really does need to address this problem.
