Ulta - Loyalty Customers Beware

MAYWOOD, NEW JERSEY -- I received my flier in the mail. Ulta gives points to customers and the promotion that came was "Loyalty Customers" get TWO free gifts with the buy one get one free. I bought one lipstick and got the eyeliner free. The the clerk put a skin care item and told me to pick another item. I went to get the nail polish and the clerk scanned it. Guess what-I was charged for it. When I went back into the store, the clerk told me that the free item was deducted from all the products I bought. That was true of the eyeliner. The nail polish was added on. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They blame the computer and then when a person complains they tell the customer to call their office to give them feedback on the computer system. I didn't even WANT the nail polish but I though "Oh well...it is free." WRONG. And that is how loyalty customers are treated.
