Sears - Best place to buy rude service without getting your order
shoes

REGO PARK, NEW YORK -- This was worst experience ever. I bought shoes on Sears.com. Got email confirmation. couple of days back got a sms to pickup order from store and its ready for pickup. I was surprised as I ordered for delivery. Anyway, store(rego park) is near my place so decided, it's ok and went to store. stood inline, gave my order and waited for an hour and they said they don't have my order. I told them about sms I have received and I was told it means nothing. it's an automated system and does not mean it's actually ready. so next logical question when do I come next time, so that person very rudely patronizingly said come and stand in line tomorrow and we will check again but no guarantee it will be there. I asked do you have customer service where I can go. he said no and based on behavior apparently they don't have culture of customer service too. I ended up cancelling order and that's when I had second shock. I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes. 1 pair was from Sears.com and second from some vendor (I didn't know they are trying Amazon model without even doing Sears properly.) and I have to work with vendor to cancel that order. what a disaster. BYE BYE SEARS. COM AND ALL THE TROUBLES IT COMES WITH WITHOUT ACTUALLY GIVING PRODUCTS.....
