Trying to resolve late fees that just seem to be never end, hadn't received a billing statement from sears. When I realized I had received billing statements ion my email account. I am not a fan of relying on my computer for my bills-never have and probably never will, long story short informed sear not interested, I requested for sears to please take me off that list. At that time being informed that my account was late only infuriated me as my goal was to free up the card for the holidays-not going to happen now!!! Explained I hadn't received my bill, thought maybe sears was going thru some business changes but I was sure they knew where to find me as they do every month. Sears representative said they could only waive 1month fee but couldn't waive the 2,i don't believe that due to for to pay a late fee any other time when sears I promoting products I always get phone calls what has changed? Speaking with Jeanette on 12/3/12 @1:00 pm whom was now trying to inform me of how the 2late fees had been waived was too late, timely fashion seems to be the problem now. What good is that information as now it has placed me into late fees again,(i will not be manipulated into believing how your trying to make it right but in fact your truly not)insisting on gaining late fee on your unorganized billing skills is wrong!! Please address the problems for your customers sake if not yours do the right thing!!! I can only want to help you guys get it right!!!A good billing representative goes out of their way to work with the customer to resolve the issues an directs them towards the next month payment so it can be made at a timely fashion and so everyone involved is on the same page and its a win win for all!!! Thank-you, have a great day

How exactly did you get two new late fees because the others hadn't been credited? Earlier this year Sears/Kmart sent emails and letters to every card holder that they would be going completely paperless and to send your email if they didn't already have it.

I know it was in effect in July of this year because with her online bill my mother also got (I used her Sears reward card to get points for her) my entire receipt (she was impressed about how I got a graphing calculator for my son for $50.).
