Miracle Ear - Would not refund money, for new hearing aides, according to warranty

SANTA ROSA, CALIFORNIA -- According to warranty, I have the right to my money back, even though it is past the 30 days. Another part of the warranty is that money will be refunded in full if not satisfied after fittings. I had one fitting, and it is stated that I need at least 5. I have a copy of the warranty and office visits. I was not treated with respect, rushed and told that I did not know how put the aides into my ears. I was spoken to quickly, which I could not understand because of my hearing problem.
