Verizon - Horrible Customer Service/ Don't Live Up to Commitments!
Verizon Landline and Internet Service - Complaint
SIGNAL HILL, CALIFORNIA -- As a business, we expect the service we pay for, however, we also understand that circumstances happen and service does go down. In this situation though, Verizon is notorious for having their phone and internet lines go down. The worst part about it, they promised to be here on Monday, didn't show up, didn't call, and then when we called they explained that they were behind and wouldn't be here until Wednesday! Our lines have been down since Friday!
As a business, my contracts, addendums and paperwork from the field come over via fax so it is imperative that our service works! For Verizon to break their commitment date for repair and then make us wait another 36 hours is unacceptable! Every year it rains so you would expect that they would hire the needed main power to service their accounts appropriately. Not only did they not resolve our problem, but when I wanted to file a complaint, it took me an hour and twenty minutes, 7 times being transferred and I was still not sent to a department where I could file a formal complaint!
I've already moved my service to another company. I highly recommend staying far away from Verizon if you can unless you want your service to be continually interuppted and have to spend pointless hours trying to get it resolved!
