Best Buy - Worst service and lack of customer appreciation

MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA -- I placed an order with Best Buy on Thanksgiving. They haven't even gotten the whole order to me yet. Their customer service hasn't been able to answer where the shipment is or when it will return. The day I ordered it - it showed as taking 0 to 1 day to process. After one day it turned into 5 - 7 days to process. There is no way that they can compete with the service and value that Amazon offers or any other serious online retailer.
It's not worth any savings or price matching. The customer experience and shipping experience is horrible - 2nd rate. You won't be saving yourself any money and you can get the same product faster and with a better experience.
