Shoes - Complaint
Rude - extraordinarily rude - customer service (not) representatives. Very defensive. Basically one pays $7 for the privilege of on a pair of shoes - (return shipping). Stick with Zappos or Shoebuy - or any site that pays for return shipping.
And the return shipping and credit take weeks and weeks.
Mr. Scobie - you should pay close attention to the way your representatives speak to customers and teach them some lessons in the care and feeding of customers.
It's easy to lose a customer - hard to get one back!!
