AT&T Wireless Complaint - Changes on Prepaid Calling Plan
BELLEVUE, WASHINGTON -- One of new changes on the prepaid calling plan will make the airtime expire after 45 days, instead of 90 days which I have been enjoying for years. AT&T wireless disregards the customers' benefits and made changes on the existing calling plan in such a short notice. This practice of business is not acceptable and simply scarifices the consumer rights.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I think AT&T wireless shouldn't change the current plan without consent of consumers. If you do have to do that, AT&T wireless should extend more time for existing customers to find other options.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
