Tree Classics - Very Disappointed in Shipping Status and Customer Service

FRESNO, CALIFORNIA -- I ordered and paid for a Christmas tree 10 days ago (11/26). I can't find any kind of shipping status on it and have called customer service 4 times. Each time the holding time was at least 20 min. and have received 3 different stories. The first one told me it was out of stock. It was not out of stock when I ordered it and paid for it. I am so disappointed, we searched for this particular tree for days as we had certain specifications that were needed.

Now I am seeing really bad reviews about this company and their service. Such as not honoring the stated warranties, replacement bulbs not available (which I asked about in advance), broken branches and tips that they refuse to replace. I would think twice about ordering from this company with the current owners. I just pray I get my tree before Christmas or I will have some very unhappy children. Good Luck!!!

What you need to know is the company's assets and name were bought in bankruptcy, and the reason for all the complaints is the new company doesn't handle the same kind of lights. As a result, they are not honoring the previous company's warranties.

IMO, it was a horrible idea to retain the name, because people are blaming the new company. It really isn't their fault.
