Tree Classics - Very Disappointed in Shipping Status and Customer Service

FRESNO, CALIFORNIA -- I ordered and paid for a Christmas tree 10 days ago (11/26). I can't find any kind of shipping status on it and have called customer service 4 times. Each time the holding time was at least 20 min. and have received 3 different stories. The first one told me it was out of stock. It was not out of stock when I ordered it and paid for it. I am so disappointed, we searched for this particular tree for days as we had certain specifications that were needed.
Now I am seeing really bad reviews about this company and their service. Such as not honoring the stated warranties, replacement bulbs not available (which I asked about in advance), broken branches and tips that they refuse to replace. I would think twice about ordering from this company with the current owners. I just pray I get my tree before Christmas or I will have some very unhappy children. Good Luck!!!
