THOUSAND OAKS, CALIFORNIA -- The chicken was dry and tough, potatoes also tough and I ordered mashed and they gave me the fries, which were also old. The order was given to the person filling the order in Spanish so I did not know what was ordered and she did not go over the order with me after it was filled. I have been a customer since the opening many years ago and the last two visits have been terrible service and food.
I feel at this time I will not return to this store and there are no others in my area. Also you advertise cookies with the 8 piece dinner and that was not offered to me. I was so very disappointed as I invited my son over for the evening.
