MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN -- Every time I call BCBS I get transfer about three to four times. Most of the time the customer service reps are rude. The last phone call I made, I informed the customer service representative by the name of pamela, that I have been transfered about two times already and they gave me her number to call. Before I even finish my sentence she goes, "and, what do you want me to do?" So, I waited 20 minutes on the phone so that I can get an attitude thrown at me. I'll pass on ever doing business with this company ever again.
