Royal Carribean Cruise - Beware of gangway bottle theft

PORT CANAVERAL, FLORIDA -- Left 11/25/2012 on Golden Anniversary Cruise, All was well except when the gangway bottles of booze were not returned by 8:00 PM Saturday night.

My attendant told me to go to guest services, wow, they had forty people in line and was moving very slowly. I finally contacted "Kwame" the assistant front desk manager. After going back in forth to room and desk four times and waiting in line for 45 minutes the missing bag was found in the back of guest services minus the room tag and the two most expensive bottles of alcohol. Their first explanation said that we were not in room when they tried to deliver items. They had implied that I was not truthful but fortunately I had gangway receipt and Amex bill from store item bought from. Bottom line was basically to bad so sad, did not buy from our store and cannot help me. Be careful with RCCL.
