DirecTV Inc - New Again to Directv and WOW
New Installation and Genie Installation - Compliment

LITTLETON, COLORADO -- Reluctantly signed up for DirecTV and hoped for the best after previous terrible service. This time WOW!!! what a difference. Had a installer here in central Ohio named Aaron. He needed to install a new dish on a pole in my yard, direct it to the satellite and hook everything up. Everything was done perfectly. It even works during rain storms with no pixeling or outages. Next review was the bill. Did they get everything charged for correctly and credits given. Once again, perfect. I have had three followup calls from DirecTV checking on our satisfaction and a supervisor from the installation company who asked some questions and took pictures of outside installation. DirecTV arrived in a DirecTV truck, wore a DirecTV uniform, and showed picture ID at my door. He did not rush any part of the installation and made sure I understood everything before he left.
This is a big change for a company who could not tie their shoes correctly. I am very impressed. I DO NOT WORK FOR DIRECTV, IN FACT I JUST GOT RELEASED FROM A CAR DEALER WHEN BUSINESS WENT BAD.

Finally a positive review for DirecTV. I'm glad that you're satisfied with their service, you are in the minority. Write back in 6 months and let us know if you still feel the same. The negative reviews are overwhelming.
